Alex Woolner
Alex
Woolner is a Media Arts practitioner whose work centres around the use
of reactive and interactive media. Having worked alongside a variety of
artists and practitioners, he was invited onto the Project Spectrum
team who recognised the potential for interactive digital media within
the Sensory Environment. Alex now works extensively with
children
and schools focussing on developing tools that address the various
communication challenges faced by children and teachers both inside and
outside of the classroom. He is continuing his work as part of a team developing sensory installations for children.
