Andree Woodcock
Dr Andree Woodcock in Senior Research
Fellow in Coventry School of Art and Design and Leader of the Design
and Ergonomics Applied Research Group. She has been pioneering research
in the field of educational ergonomics in the UK, and this project
represents one in a portfolio of projects in this area including the
design of furniture and educational resources and children’s use
of space in schools, and the organization of two conferences on
educational ergonomics. With Northampton and Keele Universities she has
just been awarded a further AHRC award to study pupil participation in
school design and refurbishment.
She was Principal Investigator in this project, with specific
responsibilities for the development of the evaluation strategy;
publicity and organization of follow on dissemination activities (spin
out project in Corley School and the Autism and Technology Conference).
